I want to thank you again for all the help you gave Eric last year with his wake boarding lessons. Eric really likes the way you take time to teach him the correct way to do a trick and talk to him on his level so he understands what to do. I think you are a great teacher and friend to Eric. I know he would never have been able to go to the INT Nationals in Texas in Oct. and win his division and be a National champion. We really appreciate that you came out on the friday before we left for the nationals and taught Eric that last trick that he needed or else he wouldnt have won because all the other riders were doing that trick but Eric did it better because you taught him the correct way. You are the Man. I hope everything is going well with your wake board school. If you ever need a recommendation for any new students you can use this as a testimonial. Who else could take a 14 year old boy and make him a National Champion in such a short time or teach him a backroll in one lesson but you. You are the best.

Josh Smith's years of wakeboarding experience and his ability to communicate this experience are just two of the things that make Nor Cal Wakeboard Camp the best choice to learn and improve your wakeboarding skills. The focus on safety, appropriate equipment and both dry-land and in-the-water instruction allowed me to feel comfortable in the environment and notice huge improvements in my wakeboarding skills in a very short period of time. The instruction was insightful in building a strong foundation of which to build off of going forward. I can't wait to get back on the board. Not only did I learn a lot, but I had fun while learning.

I'm the mother of 2 boys, Colin 8 years old and Hayden 4 years old. Colin started taking wakeboard lessons with Josh Smith when he was 7. Each lesson Colin takes, he learns more water safety, a new trick, and improves on his form and confidence tremendously. Hayden was terrified of the water but wanted to wakeboard. Josh worked with him and got him on the board. WOW! My boys trust and feel comfortable with Josh. As a mother, I trust and feel comfortable with Josh with my boys. I love the fact that Safety in Boating & Boarding is his first concern and that he is instilling this in my boys with his instruction. His ability to communicate with them, even at their young ages, is a gift. My boys admire him. We are very pleased with Josh and his teaching. My boys have come a long way. I myself tried many times before to wakeboard, but with no success. At one of Colin's lessons, Josh encouraged me to try. Under his instruction, I was able to get up the first try. We feel very lucky to have Josh as a teacher/coach. No one will ever be disappointed with Nor Cal Wakeboard Camp and Josh Smith.
